21st October Altered Bottle Workshop

Altered Bottle Workshop: Suitable for children, teens and adults

This workshop is suitable for all ages and all levels of ability and takes place in the autumn half term to help fill those dark, dreary days when your creativity needs a bit of a boost.

Have fun transforming a bottle (or anything else you fancy) with decorative trims and motifs to create a truly unique gift just in time for Christmas.

Among other nefarious activities we might paint lace, cut motifs, curl ribbons, make flowers, fold paper into fans, soak paper in tea, make tassels, bead strings, trawl button boxes, fold, crease, ruffle, gather and then…stick! The only limit is your own imagination.

The day runs from 10 am until 3pm with a break for lunch and costs £5 for materials, just bring a bottle or two, or  three.

We do insist you wear old clothes for this one, an apron alone just won’t do! If you don’t like getting sticky or messed up then this workshop is not for you! If you do like mixed media, glue, experimenting and having fun with other like-minded lunatics then it’s just right for you.
